How billing works
Shopify bills you, on your usual Shopify invoice. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. There is no commission on your upsells.
We count orders that saw an offer in the last 30 days, not every order in your store. If you pass your plan's limit, we tell you and you decide. We don't move you to a higher plan on our own. On Free, offers pause at 50 orders until you choose a plan or the count drops.
The first 200 stores keep their price for life. Billing stops when you uninstall.
