Who we are

What we store for merchants

Your store's domain, the connection details Shopify gives us, and the funnels you create. Shopify's install screen also lists the store owner's contact details. We don't store them.

What we store about orders

For each offer: the order reference, the funnel and step, whether it was seen, accepted or declined, the amount, the currency and the time. We do not store customers' names, email addresses, postal addresses or card details.

Who else processes data

Shopify runs your store and handles payment. Our hosting provider runs the server. When you translate an offer automatically, its text is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic. Nothing else is shared, and we do not sell data.

How long we keep it

Until you uninstall. After uninstalling, Shopify asks us to erase your store's data and we delete your funnels, statistics and sessions.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at hello@sellbells.com. In the EU you may also complain to your data protection authority. In Bulgaria, that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
