Why didn't my offer show?
Most missing offers come down to one of these. Go through them in order.
Check these first
- Sellbell isn't your post-purchase page. Choose it in Settings › Checkout. Shopify gives this page to one app at a time.
- The funnel isn't live. A draft never shows. Publish it from the funnel screen.
- The order doesn't match the trigger. The offer only shows when the order contains a product you picked.
- The customer paid with a wallet. Shopify shows no post-purchase page after Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or a gift card.
- The offered product is sold out. A sold-out variant isn't offered. If every variant is out, there's no offer.
- Another funnel came first. Funnels run in priority order. Move the one you want to the top.
